All information you provide to us through the website, mobile app or software platform is stored within a secure UK Data Centre. All data we hold in encrypted both in transit and at rest.

We do not hold any payment details such as credit card numbers or bank account details. Payment for our services and subscriptions is handled via Stripe whose privacy statement and terms can be viewed here.

If you subscribe to our software platform services, we may occasionally allow access to your data from 3rd party technology partners if and only if it is essential to solve a support issue raised by you which specifically relates to your data. As soon as any issue is resolved access is immediately revoked. No data is ever retained by the 3rd party.
